To place an order, you need to create an account first. Once approved, you can sign in, select your gear, add it to your cart, and checkout – that’s it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Square up using Intertac, EFT, or PAD. Whatever’s easiest for you.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our payment gateway boasts Level 1 PCI DSS compliance, ensuring the tightest security measures during transactions. Plus, our website uses SSL encryption, keeping your information secure and never stored.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Sure thing, as long as your gear hasn’t shipped. You can cancel your order in your account page. To modify an order, just reach out, and we’ll handle the rest.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping options and costs?

We’ll cover your shipping costs. Our mules are Purolator or Canada Post.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Usually, your order will land in 1-2 days unless you order over the weekend, which could add a few days.

How can I track my order?

You’ll get an email with tracking info when your gear ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If there’s a problem with your gear, give us a call, we’ll make it right.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Send us an email or give us a call.  Have your order information ready so we can make quick work of it.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

Our bad, give us a call and we’ll get your replacements out as soon as possible.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Depends on the nature of the refund but usually the same day you talk with us.

Account & Registration

Do I need to create an account to shop on your website?

We’ll let you look around all you want but if you want to buy from us, you’ll need to register. Join the cartel by signing up here.

What information is required to register for an account?

Business name, address, phone #, contact name, email, and copy of HC & BC  licenses

Can I order for multiple stores / addresses?

Of course, the more the merrier.

What happens when my license expires?

You best renew it if you want to stay in the game. Once it’s renewed send us the new copy and you’ll be able to order again.

How do I reset my password?

Sign into your account and reset your password on the My Account page. If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password” link to initiate the reset process.

How can I update my account information?

Log in and click the “My Account” link in the navigation bar. From there, you can manage or edit your account information, including orders, addresses, and passwords.

Can I delete my account?

Sure. We hope it doesn’t come to that but you’re free to leave and take your account with you.  If you have an open tab, we’ll settle up before you go.

If you see it on our website, it means we’ve got packs ready to go. No need to worry about availability when browsing our selection.
